    SMC Powder Metallurgy was founded in 1939 in St. Marys, Pennsylvania, which is about 120 miles northeast of Pittsburgh. For over 60 years, we have been producing powdered metal parts (PM parts). Through the years, our outstanding sintering metal process, metallurgy engineering and customer service have allowed us to grow significantly.
